About Three Days Grace

Three Days Grace is a Canadian rock band formed in Norwood, Ontario in 1992 (as Groundswell), known for a post-grunge, hard rock style with alternative and nu-metal influences. Hits like I Hate Everything About You, Animal I Have Become, Pain and Never Too Late made them rock radio staples. Their eighth album Alienation released August 22, 2025, features “Mayday”, “Apologies” and “Kill Me Fast”.
